Technical Requirements

1. Unspecified tolerance dimensions shall comply with GB/T1804-f;
2. "Z" denotes important dimensions, and "G" denotes critical dimensions or key characteristics;
3. φ0.4±0.0102 must not be loose.
4. Heat treatment: HV340-390, 0.1mm thick test piece (material: C1720 beryllium copper strip). After aging treatment, it shall be bent 90° repeatedly for 5 times without fracture.
5. Observation under a 40x microscope: both ends shall be smooth and firm; the distribution of inner and outer coil wires shall be uniform, with no loose or broken wires.
   (G) 6. After pre-inserting three times with a pre-insertion hole of φ0.56−0.01, the pull-out force shall be checked with a standard insertion hole of φ0.58−0.01, and the pull-out force shall be 0.25N-0.8N, with an insertion depth ≥2.5;
6. Perform 20 insertion/extraction cycles for the twist pin in a hole of φ0.58+0.01. The change in pin diameter before and after insertion/extraction shall not exceed 0.01mm;
7. Surface treatment: According to QJ450B-2005, all surfaces of the pin shall be fully plated. After electroplating and drying, immerse and coat with DJB-823 protective agent.
